This review is a year overdue. However, now looking to move again and I'm reminded of the incredible service from this team. Our original removalists didn't arrive, I called the moving man in a panic and they were quick to help. The two guys (forgive me i can't recall their names) were so helpful and kind. They really put me at ease after a very stressful start to the day. I really can't recommend them enough. The check ins throughout the day from the manager was also very thoughtful, just to see how everything was going and how i was feeling. We will definitely be booking with the moving man again. Their professionalism and kindness is second to none.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and CONGRATULATIONS to Frank and his Moving Men for the two faultless moves they have done for us this year. Our first move came at short notice as our house sold earlier than expected and our new apartment was not ready. This move, which required detailed coordination to deliver certain furniture to two separate locations, with lots more to go to storage, was completed with exemplary grace, care and efficiency by Tristan and Neil. When our apartment did become available two months later, it was just a matter of asking Frank, the original, ever-obliging Moving Master, to retrieve the items in storage, to pick up certain items from the above-mentioned two locations and then to deliver everything to our new apartment. Again, the friendly Tristan and his co-worker David did an excellent job and we are most thankful that nothing was scratched or broken in the whole process. A wonderful result and many thanks to Frank and his Moving Team for a job well done. The price was right too!

I have used The Moving Man 3 times now and have always had great service and the men have done an amazing job looking after my stuff. Would definitely recommend.

I can confirm the 5 star reviews are absolutely true on this company. The Moving Man is the best moving company I have used. Frank really went above and beyond, providing expert advice and understanding, even when I had some last minute changes he help to accommodate them, which really took the stress out of the moving process. His moving team Tristan and Neil were a pleasure to deal with, Providing an exceptional service, really respectful and had an eye for detail. I cannot fault the work they do at The Moving Man. Definitely a trusted moving company I will use again. Thank you!

I’ve used The Moving Man Removalists twice this year, and both times they’ve been absolutely excellent. Nick, Martin and Neill went above and beyond on each move — careful, efficient, genuinely helpful, and just really good humans to have around on a day that usually tests your sanity. Frank, the owner, is also fantastic to deal with. Clear communication, responsive, and exactly what you want when you’re organising something stressful. Let’s be honest: moving sucks. But these guys somehow make it easy. No drama, no attitude, no corners cut — just solid, professional service from start to finish. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

I want to say a big thankyou to The Moving Man - I was in a panic the morning of my move but they were so helpful and competent. I hadn't ordered their packing service but when they saw how disorganised I was, they happily helped pack some things which was a huge help. After a ranger tried to fine them for parking where I told them to, they successfully negotiated out of it, saving me $500, and gave me tips for future moves about how I can request parking exemptions from the council, and request additional elevator access from strata. These guys are legends and really streamlined this whole process for me. Thankyou :)

The Moving Man, What a team of absolute legends these guys are! Right from the get go my problem was their problem and that says it all. Frank was instrumental in scheduling the right team for the job and remained flexible throughout the process. He kept in constant contact with his guys and me throughout the day, ensuring we had the right resources to hand to get the job done. We had way more stuff than we anticipated and our move had to be held over a night at their depot, which Frank took care of us with no extra charges due to circumstances. This however left me in a bit of a pickle but the fellas, Neal and Tristan even agreed to work on their only day off, Sunday, to help us out. Sunday came about and the ranger would not let them park where trucks usually park to unload, so they had to park around the corner...conditions were just awful. A steep ramp, a long walk from the truck to the apartment, with a 1m x 1.7m hole in the wall that is 1m off the ground to push the heavy cabinets through...seriously, the worst and what did these guys do? Called in an extra guy Martin and the 3 of them stayed 6 hours on a Sunday and got it done. Not one grumble out of them, just a nice friendly attitude. Thanks fellas, you all are really appreciated. Sorry your truck battery went flat at the end of the day, you did not deserve that :( I have your number in my contact list now, see you next move! You have my loyalty for life! Oh and not to mention not one bit of damage 👌💪

I’ve used the moving man 3 times in the past 4 years and found them to be a fantastic Removalist company, I had the full service of packing and moving my stuff and not once was anything broken, lost or damaged. The packers are very good indeed and work quickly and efficiently, the Removalists are very careful with not only your items but also with your home. I can’t recommend this company enough and should I need to move again I will definitely be using The Moving Man 😊

Although nearly a year late in writing this review. We cannot express what these guys did. It was above and beyond. My late inquiry for removal was not given a no. 1-Just said give me an hour and I’ll see if I can help 2- phoned back within the hour could do it and will confirm time closer 3- turned up at 7am. We had to pack truck in to parts as some was being stored in a barn rest went into the house - not a problem 3- packed and at our new home at 1pm. The guys asked and listened to me as to where everything went even to what way we wanted the beds facing & set them up ready for us to make. even when at times I was a bit muddled!!. They were patient polite and cheerful. The respect they showed us was heartwarming. They didn’t finish until 6pm. & still had 1 1/2 hours to travel home. They and the Company were legends. Thank you
